A Break from Regular Programming

While Musie is on an extended break taking care of her Chinchillas, I've pulled out the following film from my Grade 4 Social Studies class. I ask all the ESI's (and guests) to view and discuss.

Hmm, this is a knotty puzzle. I was right with young Cathy not eating breakfast, 'til I saw the rice and beans.

Is it that she's getting up at noon and it's actually time fer brunch?

Or maybe Cathy ran out of red wine on the weekend, and needs to restock before she can make a proper breakfast....

I wouldn't eat my freakin' breakfast either if I were an 11-year-old girl who woke up to find her mother gone to work, her father mysteriously just not mentioned, and some creepy guy in her bedroom, asking endless questions and following her into the bathroom to watch her wash and get dressed.

I'd say this anonymous cove has solved the matter nicely, folded it up and handed it to us wrapped in a nice parcel.

Still it would be nice to see the conclusion to the story.

It upsets me to see a youngster go unfed.
