Hmm, 9 votes and only 6 ESIs on the internet this week. I'm going to assume that only one of my fellow ESIs would let me twist in the wind. And let's just say I've got a good idea of who that would be.
That individual might want to investigate Political Misery Syndrome.
And while I'm giving out links, like a straightforward blogger, here's one that is only for you Coyote. (Seriously folks, you don't want to click on that link.) Normally, I wouldn't give you any encouragement in this direction, but I feel it won't be likely to harm me as you're lying low, laughing in the grass as it were. (Isn't there some other animal known for hanging out in the grass?)

But Pirate, why would you assume only one ESI-er would tick off the "twist-in-the-wind" option? I mean, isn't that weighting things in yer favour just a little-bit TOO much? And just who are these other voters whom you suggest have it in for you?
Which leads me to the latest poll. Good number of options, yep. Good diversity, yep. Some are favorable, others less so.
Still, having gone through them all, I can't bring myself to pick any there. Just doesn't seem right...now, what's missing? I'll let you know when I think of it...
And by the way, if "rough seas make good sailors," you must be doing particularly well these days!
Ah, poll-grader, you have no idea the rough seas I've gone through.
But I can tell you, there are those who've stood beside me through the fiercest gales, and I'll not forget them.
Say, here's another link, a step up from the Aluminum Foil hats that IO put us onto: MindGuard - unfortunately of no use to me as it's only works on Linux and Amiga.
