Good idea, Agatha. I assume all cartoons will conform to the Comics Code of 1954.

Wait a minute, Chair! Even coyotes know that code, in a misguided and McCarthyist attempt to regulate an unregulable industry, led indirectly but rapidly to some of the most seriously twisted comic-age in the history of a seriously twisted medium! And that it had become thoroughly discredited by about 1962, by which time the only adherants to display the offishull 'seal of approval' were Archie Comix and, I believe, publications with covers of the sort that you posted yesterday...
