Thank you, Milan. I'm not much of one for writing letters, so it looks like a trip across the bridge is the answer. Maybe if I add a drop of molasses to this azeotropic ethanol it will taste like rum.
It tastes like swirling vapour: much more suitable for making vanilla extract or homemade lollipops than for drinking directly.
Also a very usable fuel for liquid-fueled rockets.
