If MacKay was willing to fly a plane like that, I wouldn't care how many millions of dollars it costs the taxpayer. Just add an aviator scarf and goggles.
You make a point.
It'd totally be worth millions to see him fly regularly in something strapped together with 90-year-old pinano wires...
