The statistic I'm most urgently concerned about right now is a disturbing spike in the unreported proportion of Canadians that think Stockwell Day is an unreported bonehead.
Not that we coyotes would ever resort to ad hominem slurs ourselves, y'understand...

But doesn't your link to the Montreal Gazette indicate that this was reported?
I'm sure if Canadians were asked...say in some sort of survey thingy, they would demand more prisons. We can't get tough on crime if we're just going to let people, who may or may not have committed a crime no one knows about, wander the streets willy-nilly.
4D: Maybe the boneheadosity itself, Short Guy, but not the unreported percentage that suspects it. See, this is where that statistical precision thingy comes in...
